Obituary | Nov 27, 2012 | OBITUARY: Jane Garrow Wright, 88, died on Monday, November 26, in Sierra Vista, AZ, after a short illness. Ms. Wright was born in Brewster, Cape Cod, MA on April 17, 1924, to Adelaide and Allen E. Garrow. She was a direct descendent of the Mayflower, from John Alden and Priscilla Mullins. She grew up in Chelmsford, MA and graduated from Chelmsford High School. She lived in Tucson, AZ for many years before moving to Sierra Vista. She was twice widowed. Malcolm Kenyon McKown, Sr. was killed in Italy in War II in 1944. Arthur Jason Wright died in 1974. She is survived by three children: Malcolm K. McKown, Jr. (Carolyn) of, AZ; Jeffrey Alden Wright (Joan) of Huachuca City, AZ; and Jane Moum (Douglas) of Tucson, AZ; a sister, Althea E. Alling of Fort Myers, FL; a brother, Fred W. Parkhurst Jr. of Gilford, NH; 5 grandchildren, John William McKown, Jason Arthur Wright, Jordan Wright Nuila, Sean Adam, Carl Frederick Shifflette III, and 6 great-grandchildren.
