Obituary | Sep 1, 2000 | OBITUARY: ENOSBURG FALLS, VT – Joyce E. Garrow, age 69, wife of Edward Garrow, died Thursday morning, August 31, 2000, at the Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans. She was born Oct. 23, 1930 in Montgomery, the daughter of the late Herman & Marguerite (Greenia) Pudvah. Joyce was a loving wife and mother. She was a homemaker and enjoyed doing crafts, baking and having lawn sales; most of her passion was Bingo. It was there she formed many lasting friendships. She is survived by her husband, Edward “Eddie” Garrow of Enosburg Falls; one son and his life partner, David & Dennis Kinney-Garrow of Starksboro; one brother and his wife, Charles & Patricia Pudvah of Montgomery; two sisters, Martha Daudelin and her husband Paul of Richford, and Ramona Eldridge of Montgomery; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Betty Whitehead. Visiting hours will be held one hour prior to the funeral, which will be held Saturday afternoon, Sept. 2, at 2 p.m. at the Spears Funeral Home on Dickinson Ave., in Enosburg Falls. Interment will follow in the Richford Center Cemetery.
