Mrs. Handley retired from Sears Roebuck. Her only child, Roy C. Coley III, and her mother, Elizabeth Byrum Arluck, preceded her in death.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at noon in Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters or any SPCA. Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, is in charge.
