Survivors include a daughter, Catherine Handley of Norfolk; and a brother, Elmer Byrum of Chesapeake.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Loren W. Gould. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. Friends may join the family from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
