Mrs. Olney was born February 18, 1876 at Sweet Home, Ore. Her husband, John Olney, died June 17, 1947.
They were married at the residence of the bride's parents, December 25, 1894, by Rev. FIELDS
She was the daughter of CHARLES ALDRICH and LUCINDA (FIELDS) ALDRICH.

Funeral services for Mrs. John Olney, who died last Saturday at her home in Culdesac, will be held from the Brower-Wann chapel Tuesday at 1:30. Burial will be in Normal Hill.

Survivors include a son, Hanes Olney, Lewiston; three daughters, Mrs. Maude Taylor, Coachella, Calif; Mrs. Lillias Hammond, Culdesac, and Mrs. Maybell Holloway, Sweetwater; two brothers, Bill Aldrich, Portland, Ore; Henry Aldrich, The Dalles, Ore; a sister Mrs. Mary Klaus, Spokane; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the reorganized church of the Latter Day Saints."
