Sullivan, 24, of 75 Horse Pond Road died Sunday in the University of Massachusetts Hospital, Worcester, where he was admitted with injuries suffered Aug. 11, 1991 in a single car accident in Shirley. He leaves his parents, John W. and Jamie (Alling) Sullivan of Shirley; a sister, Dawn Sullivan of Shirley; his maternal grandparents, Gordon and Althea (Garrow) Alling; his maternal great-grandparents, Fred and Adelaide Parkhurst, all of Brewster; aunts, uncles and cousins; and a close friend, Jennifer Boudrot of Concord. He was born in Groton. He graduated from Notre Dame Preparatory High School in Fitchburg in 1985. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst last year, where he received his bachelor of arts degree in communications. Mr. Sullivan was a sales representative at Rick Starr Toyota in Leominster. Mr. Sullivan was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church. The funeral will be Thursday with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church, Phoenix Street. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Calling hours at T.J. Anderson & Son Funeral Home, 46 Washington St., Ayer, are 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. Memorial donations may be made to Notre Dame High School Scholarship Fund, 151 South St., Fitchburg 01420.
