ObituarySep 16, 1988  OBITUARY: GROVETON, N.H. – Cora Almira Cantell, 89, died Wednesday, Sept 14 at her residence. She was born in Newport, Oct. 23, 1898, the daughter of Silas and Eliza (Breer) Ovitt.

She is survived by two daughters, Eleanor Brady of Jefferson, N..H; and Barbara Gilbert of Groveton, N.H; one half-brother, Harold Ward of Sheldon Springs; four half-sisters, Doris Underwood of Unionville, CT., and Evelyn Bocash and Goldie Boucher, both of St. Albans, and Mrs. Mildred Sweet of Enosburg Falls; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Main Funeral Home in Groveton, N.H. Funeral services w ill be Saturday at 10 a.m. from the Groveton Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church, Groveton, N.H. 03582.
