ObituaryOct 17, 1995  OBITUARY: DOREEN L. CHMIELEWSKI, 68, of Tampa died Monday at home under the care of Hospice of Hillsborough. A native of Burlington, Vt., she moved to Tampa 41 years ago from there. She was a retired licensed practical nurse and member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Jerry; two sons, Robert of Louisville, Ky., and Jerome of Europe; two daughters, Lisa Olstrom of Tampa and Lynn Carla Sweet of Gooley, Texas; a brother, Francis McCaffrey of Burlington; and eight grandchil dren. Glass Funeral Home, Tampa.
