| Obituary | Dec 26, 1971 | OBITUARY: GREENVILLE, MAINE – Robert M. Shufelt, 76, died Dec. 25, 1971, at a Greenville hospital. He was born April 1, 1895, at Sutton, Que., the son of Jacob M. and Jeanette (Coombs) Shufelt. He came to Greenville 55 years ago. His entire working life was spent at the plywood mill in Greenville. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by his wife, Gertrude; one son, George of Greenville; one daughter, Mrs. Omar (Arlene) Servant of Greenville; one brother, Arthur of Dover-Foxcroft; nieces, nephews; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1971 at 2 p.m. at the Harvey Funeral Home, Greenville with the Rev. William Hamel officiating. Friends may call Monday afternoon and evening, Dec. 27, 1971, at 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Greenville Cemetery in the spring.
