ObituarySep 18, 2020  OBITUARY: John J. Petronio of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Thursday, September 17, 2020 following some recent health challenges. He was 94 years old.

John was born on November 27, 1925 in Boston, Massachusetts, the proud son to Mary (Ruggiero) and John B. Petronio. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and spent his working life in sales, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. He was the loving husband to Florence E. Petronio who sadly preceded him in death in 2000.

Immediate funeral ceremonies are private and cremation rites will be accorded. The family is planning a Celebration of Life which will take place at a future date followed by committal of urns for both John and Florence at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford, Massachusetts.
