| Obituary | May 5, 2000 | OBITUARY: A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2000, in Parkrose Community Church for Pauline Mary DeTemple, who died May 2 of cancer at age 86. Mrs. DeTemple was born March 29, 1914, in Portland. Her maiden name was Landon. She graduated from Jefferson High School. She was a homemaker and also had worked for the Oregon Wildlife Federation as a secretary. She was a member of the church. In 1934, she married William DeTemple; he died in 1987. Survivors include her son, Duane; brothers, Thomas Landon and Walter Landon; and two grandchildren. Private interment was in Portland Memorial Mausoleum.
