| Obituary | Dec 31, 2002 | OBITUARY: BURLINGTON - Beatrice E. Clark, 86, died Dec. 23, 2002, at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation. She was born Dec. 21, 1916, in Pittsford, the daughter of Bertrum and Bertha (Baker) Smith. received her GED. She worked as a waitress in Burlington. Mrs. Clark was a member of the First Congregational Church of Burlington and the Daughters of American Revolution, Green Mountain Chapter. Survivors include three daughters, Jeannette Parker of Rutland, Patricia Abel of Lake Panasoffkee, Fla., and Carol Jerome of Altamonte Springs, Fla; two sons, William Sargent of North Carolina and Bernie Welton of Ruckersville, Va; a sister, Sarah Moran of Brooksville, Fla; 18 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Robert Sargent of Lake Panasoff-kee, Fla. There will be no services or calling hours. A private gathering will take place at a later date.
