ObituaryOct 23, 1953  OBITUARY: Jesse J. Pike died Wednesday in his home, 20 Duryea Street. He was born at Duxbury, Vt., 20 Jan 1904 and was employed as a gauge engineer for the New England Carbide Tool Co. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Gertrude (Cantell) Pike: his mother, Mrs Fannie M. Wilkins: his stepfather, Edward M. Wilkins: a brother, Kermit Pike, all of Springfield (Mass): a half -brother Edson Pike of Winooski, Vt; a sister, Mrs Marjorie Mills of Springfield; a half-sister Mrs. Fannie Robitaille of Longmeadow, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be Saturday afternoon at 3 at the Byron Funeral Home with Rev Eugene M. Bushong officiating, Burial wuill be in William Street Cemetery, Longmeadow.
