He was born here March 17, 1882, son of James and Hannah (Sibley) Preble. Surviving are a son Burton of Milford; three brothers, Orren of Springfield, Mass., Lester and Charles of Burlington; a sister, Miss Annie Preble of Burlington; two grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Clay Memorial Chapel, Lincoln, the Rev. Frederick Robie officiating. Interment win be in Mt. Repose Cemetery, Burlington. Friends may call at the funeral home.
