ObituaryMar 19, 1978  OBITUARY: LESTER J. PREBLE, 98, of Burlington, died in a Danforth nursing home, March 18, 1978. He was born in Burlington Jan. 11, 1880, son of James and Hannah Sibley Preble. He is survived by one brother, Charles of Lincoln; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Clay Funeral Home in Lincoln, Rev. Glenn Speed officiating. Spring burial will be in the Mount Repose Cemetery, Burlington. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
