Obituary | Oct 26, 2003 | OBITUARY: Mr. Stanley T. Stoddard of Indian Lake Estates died of renal failure Wednesday (Oct. 22, 2003) at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. He was 84.Born May 25, 1919, in Columbia, N.H., he came here from North Haverhill, N.H., in 1990. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II. He was a retired owner and operator of a John Deere dealership. He was a past member of the Lions Club International, Elks Lodge 1831; past president of the New England Equipment Dealers Association; past vice president of the North Haverhill Fair Association and a member of the First Baptist Church Indian Lake Estates.Mr. Stoddard is survived by his wife, Shirley B. Stoddard; sons, John D. Stoddard, North Haverhill, John R. Pietras, Indian Lake Estates; daughter, Melissa J. Knight, Brandon; brother, Gerald A. Stoddard, North Haverhill; sister, Eloise Z. Nickerson, Alton Bay, N.H; eight grandchildren; and one greatgranddaughter.Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 1, 2003) at the First Baptist Church of Indian Lake Estates.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the First Baptist Church of Indian Lake Estates P.O.
