ObituaryAug 5, 1961  OBITUARY: BOONESVILLE – Wilford Clement Shifflett, 73, a retired farmer, died this morning at his home at Boonesville after a long illness. Born April 5, 1888, in Albemarle County, he was the son of the late John G. and Mary Shifflett. He is survived by his wife Lishie Morris Shifflett and two daughters, Mrs. Broadus Wood and Mrs. William Payne of Boonesville. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. EDT Monday at Prize Hill Church at Boonesville with burial in the church cemetery.
