| Obituary | Oct 1, 1947 | OBITUARY: Mrs. Lucy Ann Wyant of White Hall, widow of Adam K. Wyant, Sr., died at 9 o'clock last night at a local hospital. She was a native of Albemarle County and was 66 years of age. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Batis, of Roanoke and Miss Nancy Wyant of this city and three sons, Henry Wyant of Roanoke, Samuel Wyant of White Hall and Woodrow W. Wyant of this city. There is one granddaughter, Geraldine Wyant Batis. Mrs. Wyant also leaves one sister, Mrs. Ida Gibson of White Hall. The funeral will be held at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning from Mt. Moriah Methodist Church, the Rev. Raymond F. Wrenn pastor of the Crozet Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the churchyard.
