ObituaryOct 18, 1968  OBITUARY: MATHEWS -- Hadley Lee Deagle, 56, of Hudgins, died Thursday in a Richmond hospital after a long illness. He was an employe of Horn Harbor Marina.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Margaret H. Deagle; a daughter, Miss Catherine M. Deagle of Hudgins; four sons, Edward L. Deagle of Mathews, James W. Deagle and Dabney K. Deagle of Hudgins and Arnold L. Deagle of Honolulu, Hawaii; two sisters, Mrs. Roland Hudgins of Port Haywood and Mrs. Hayes Allen of Grimstead; a brother, J. Lionel Deagle of Gwynn, and four grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews, conducted by the Rev. T. Winston Parker, pastor of Mathews Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Gwynn's Island Cemetery.3
