Obituary | Aug 12, 1942 | OBITUARY: Rudolph Haberman, a resident here for the past 50 years, died yesterday afternoon at St. Joseph's hospital, Lowell. His death was unexpected. Mr. Haberman was born in Halmstad, Sweden, March 11, 1S65. His wife, Mrs. Emma Ellida Kruse Haberman, died Feb. 28, 1929. Mr. Haberman was an employee of the H. E. Fletcher Granite Co. from April 26, 1890 until his retirement on April 15, 1922. He was a member of the Swedish Mutual Aid. He served as paymaster for many years. He is survived by one brother, Axel Haberman of Olalla, Wash; one cousin, Miss Ina Haberman of Sunmont, N. Y; three daughters, Mrs. Archibald Cook, Miss Ebba II. Haberman and Mrs. Peter A. Johnson, all of this town; four sons, Ralph G., and Emil G. this town; Carl Y. Haberman and Rudolph L. of North Chelmsford; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
