Researcher's Note* 
Helen Jane Wixon was buried in the same private plot on the Franklin House property, located along Miner's ravine in Placer County, next to her brother John's grave. Both tombstones were noted in survey in the mid-1970s (copy in the Placer County Archives) and a photo of them had been taken in the 1950s, but the plot and stones can no longer be found.4
