| Obituary | Jul 6, 2013 | OBITUARY: GARROW, WILLIAM E. 77 - passed away on June 30, 2013 in Cape Coral, FL. He served in the Army for two years and was a graduate of the Cornell Hotel and Restaurant School and managed The Tuckahoe Inn for over 26 years. He owned and operated The Country Manor Inn with his wife Anne and family before retiring and moving to Florida. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anne C. (nee Mahoney) Garrow, his children, Christine Masker and Joseph Masker, Scott Garrow and Teresa Vaccaro, Jeffery Garrow, Patricia Verhoff and Ross Verhoff, his grandchildren, Andrea and Corinne Klain, Brent and Austin Verhoff, Amanda, Charlie, and Daniel Vaccaro, great grandson, Carson Plisko, his sisters, Cynthia (Richard) Brubaker and Althea Alling and many other family members and friends. We know he is in a better place and will be missed by everyone. His memorial services and interment were private. In lieu of flowers, The Alvin A.
